The Fun Yum Friends Value Pack Competition

1. Entry is open to all schools, kindergartens, private and community child and day care centres, and early childhood community groups throughout Australia but excludes South Australian entrants. (The SA competition closed on 31 August 2006)
2. Entry is not open to individual persons or retail traders.
3. The promoter of the competition is Better World Health Pty Ltd (ABN 16 179 094 321) of Level 1, 49 Smith Street Fitzroy, Victoria 3065.
4. The promotion is known as, "The Fun Yum Friends Value Pack Competition"
5. Subject to eligibility, the first 200 orders we receive from each state and territory (excluding S.A.) will automatically go into the draw. The minimum order is one box of 20 Fun Yum Value Packs. (Fun Yum Value Packs can only be purchased wholesale in boxes of 20 and are not available from Better World Health as individual units.)
6. 3 winners will be drawn from each state and territory. (21 winners in total) Each winner will receive the same prize and will be of the same value.
7. The maximum prize value to each winner is $1,250 and all 21 prizes are of equivalent value and nature. Each of the 21 prizes include:
   (a) Materials and equipment to construct an organic veggie garden or the cash equivalent of $500 or part cash and part materials may be paid at the discretion of the promoter; and
   (b) 50 Fun Yum T Shirts in mixed children's sizes 1 to 6 only (no requests). The value of each T Shirt is $15 being a total value of $750.
8. The total prize value to each state and territory is $3750. (3 x $1,250)
9. The promotion commences on 1st September 2006 and will continue until 20th March 2007 or until such time that 200 orders have been received from each state or territory whichever date is the earlier.
10. This competition is a game of chance. The winners will be determined by random barrel draws without replacement. There will be 7 draws (one for each state and territory excluding SA) each with 3 winners.
11. The draws will take place on 27th March 2007 at 3pm at the offices of Better World Health Pty Ltd, Level 1, 49 Smith Street, Fitzroy, Victoria 3065. The result of the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be notified by email (or mail if not contactable by email), which will be sent on the day following the draw and the prizes will be sent out by mail or courier delivery within 7 days.
13. The winners' names and addresses will be published in, "The Australian" on 30th March 2007.
14. In the event that there are any unclaimed prizes, a redraw will be held at 3pm on 27th June 2007 at the offices of Better World Health Pty Ltd, Level 1, 49 Smith Street, Fitzroy, Victoria, 3065.
15. Your eligibility for entrance into the draw will be confirmed to you by email (or mail if not contactable by email) within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
16. To be eligible, all information on the Order Form/Tax Invoice must be completed. You may not qualify for entry if the information is incomplete.
17. You can qualify for multiple entries by placing multiple separate orders. If you order 2 or more boxes on the one Order Form you will only qualify for one entry.
18. Better World Health Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage that any entrant or winner in this competition may suffer, whether as a result of the promoter's negligence or otherwise, except in relation to any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
19. Better World Health Pty Ltd will not accept any responsibility for any delays in the mail or delivery service.
20. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally inform you of other special offers we think you will find valuable. We will not sell or pass on your details to anyone. You can request that we not communicate with you by email by sending us a written request by email or letter.
